In the Valparai cottage stay package you stay in a standalone or twin cottage at a resort or estate property, with your own entrance and sit-out and usually an estate view, plus breakfast, dinner and a private cab for sightseeing. It suits couples who want privacy and families who want space. Cottages are limited, so dates matter.
Day 1Day 1
A morning pickup, Aliyar Dam and Loam's View Point on the way up, and check-in at your cottage by mid-afternoon. The rest of the day is yours: tea on the sit-out as the mist rolls in, a short estate walk before dusk, and dinner at the property.
Day 2Day 2
Sunrise at Nallamudi Poonjolai, breakfast back at the cottage, then Sholayar Dam's backwaters, Chinnakallar Falls (best from July to November) and Koolangal river. Back by 4 PM for a quiet evening.
Day 3Day 3
A late breakfast and check-out, Sri Balaji Temple and some tea shopping in town, then the descent in daylight.

Nice arrangements were made from pickup to drop. A 3 days trip with 2 night stay at Valparai was a pleasent experience. Experienced driver shown all the site seeings including the drive to athirappilly falls was wonderful experience. Nice hospitality from Mr.Mahesh and his driver Mr.Rajagopal. Overall had good memories.
