The Valparai family tour package is a 3 days 2 nights plan built around children and older travellers: family suites or connecting rooms, drives broken into short stretches, Aliyar Dam park, Koolangal river paddling under supervision, early dinners and a roomy Innova, Carens or Tempo Traveller. Timings flex around your family, not a fixed schedule.
Day 1Day 1
A late-morning pickup so nobody starts the day tired. Kids enjoy the Aliyar park and the reservoir views; Monkey Falls is fun when open, but we only let children into the water where it is calm and shallow. The climb is split into short stages with plenty of pull-outs. Check in, rest, and an early dinner.
Day 2Day 2
Koolangal river is shallow and pebbly in most seasons — perfect for paddling with an adult alongside. Then Sri Balaji Temple's gardens, a tea estate walk where kids can see how tea is plucked, and Sholayar Dam if everyone is up for a short drive. Afternoons stay free for naps.
Day 3Day 3
Early risers can catch Nallamudi Poonjolai at sunrise while the rest sleep in. After breakfast, pick up estate tea and snacks in town and head down with breaks at the viewpoints.

Booked 5 days 4 nights tour package with family of 6 persons and 2 kids from Chennai.Family and enjoyed the beautiful sightseeings of valparai parambikulam athirapally falls.special mention they given a very good stay for 4 nights with breathtaking views and parambikulam stay arranged by Mahesh sir was highly appreciated.As Mahesh sir was a naturalist with him as a cab driver for our 5 days trip was very informative and we doesn't see a person with tons of knowledge in wildlife and local insights. We enjoyed many wildlife spottings elephant,leopard,sloth bear,wild dogs,great Indian guar,lion tailed macaque,giant squirrel, and many birds etc in this tour with help of Mahesh.He is very good guide and good friend I had got from valparai. Food provided in the package was very excellent and home made local stuff.Special mention on time food was delivered to room.Non veg was very tasty as we paid that belongs to our request. We enjoyed local cusines,bamboo rafting,tribal dance,tribal people visit, with help of Mahesh and stay given inside the forest was highly recommend by this travels. We covered all places and tour was very customer friendly.Punctual on time pick up drop feels we are very safe.As with family Mahesh sir driving skills was out of box in hills journey, Vehicle given by them was Innova very clean and excellent maintenance with service records feels very safe to drive for 5 days. Most viewpoints are next to the road. Nallamudi involves a short walk on an estate path and Chinnakallar has uneven steps, which we can skip. Read travel with senior citizens.
